Luzaan joined the BDO team on 19 January 2015 as the Personal Assistant to the BDO Partners, a role that she mastered for three years, before being promoted to the Training & Development Supervisor in March 2018. In August 2020, she was promoted to the position of Training & Development Manager, a position that she still holds today.
Luzaan is an experienced Counsellor and Training & Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the international professional training & coaching industry. She is a strong community and social services professional with a BA (Honours) degree, which she obtained Cum Laude in 2014. She has a strong focus on the holistic development of individuals and teams. Luzaan has a strong belief that, when given the opportunity and the right tools, each person has the potential to reach extraordinary heights in their personal and professional capacity.
Skilled in soft skills and professional training, retreats, life coaching, interpersonal relationship counselling, conflict resolution, and holistic wellness, her greatest passion is unlocking excellence in young individuals.
