BDO’s Global Outsourcing team won the “International Payroll Provider Award” for the second year running at the 2016 Payroll Award presentations in London.

BDO (Namibia) also provides various payroll services. It may not be practical or viable to keep payroll specialists in-house; that is where BDO (Namibia) comes to the rescue. To add even more value to our payroll service, we now have a taxation specialist Partner to assist with all taxation queries.

Our services include but are not limited to the following:

1. Net pay calculations based on basic salary, allowances and deductions in any format that suits you.
2. Calculation of the taxation liability based on information received.
3. Leave calculations and values (both sick and annual leave), and the keeping of these records.
4. Hard and/or electronic copies or payslips. Payslips can be customized to suit your specific needs.
5. Monthly completion and submission of your PAYE, Social Security and VET Levy returns.
